ASCENT
High up in Nelson Street is the Ascent apartments, housing over 200 units with many more residents. One Place is the trusted service supplier whilst the building undergoes a range of repair works.
DAKOTA
The most recent addition to the One Place portfolio, replacing a live in building manager, One Place has improved both communication and community at the complex with immediate improvements.
EMILY APARTMENTS
A grand old lady sitting at the bottom of town just up from the Britomart complex. Now in the second year under our care, we are overseeing some needed upgrades to make this building even better.
